Looking for a proactive, hardworking and fun candidate to join this growing team you will have a passion for food, previous Sous Chef experience at a fine dining or Rosette level and be looking for a long-term career with development.

Working as part of this growing group of hotels and pubs in the South West you will value quality produce, be confident working with fresh seasonal foods and have a real focus on team work.
