JHP Recruitment are currently looking for a talented Sous Chef to join a new opening on the outskirts of Exeter. Offering a fresh food, gastro menu in this newly renovated kitchen this is an exciting opportunity to join a new team at the beginning of a very exciting new era.

Looking for an experienced Sous Chef with a passion for food and seasonal flavours, excellent team skills and a consistent working history. With a seasonally inspired menu, all foods from bread, chutney and ice cream made on site this role will suit a candidate looking to make a real impact on the kitchen they work in.

As a Sous Chef in this role you will be offered:

£11ph DOE

40 hours per week

Uniform

Meals on shift

5 straight shifts per week

Birthday off and other company benefits

 

In return you will be expected too:

Have previous experience as a Sous Chef

Level 2 Food Hygiene or be willing to complete

A passion for fresh food

Experience working with seasonal produce

Be looking for a long-term role

 

Due to location own transport is essential.

Working alongside a highly respected Head Chef, having creative influence and the opportunity to work with all fresh produce this really is an exceptional role for the right Chef.
