JHP Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join a prestigious Hotel in the Cotswolds. Looking for a candidate with previous experience of running a kitchen, working with fresh seasonal produce and an individual who is looking to inspire and create this British and European infused menu.
Joining an exclusive hotel offering 22 unique bedrooms, a brasserie with a traditional country feel and a forward-thinking business this role would suit a candidate looking for a new challenge. Looking for a locally based candidate with a passion for food, inspiring an established team and with an in-depth knowledge of a fine dining kitchen.
