Working alongside the Reception Manager and team you will be the customers point of contact from checking in and allocating rooms through to checking out and saying final goodbyes.

Have exceptional Customer Service skills
Have previous experience in a Reception or customer service role
Be responsible for check ins, check outs and payments,

Experience working with reservation systems
