JHP Recruitment are working alongside a growing Hotel group in the Cotswolds looking for a highly efficient, experienced and customer focused Reception Manager to run two neighbouring hotels.
As an experienced Reception Manager, you will have a strong customer focused approach to work, knowledge of hotel reservation systems, be confident working on all MS Office programmes and have an optimistic approach to work.
Both hotels aim to exceed customer expectations, as Reception Manager you will train, encourage and develop the staff who are the first port of call for all customers within the hotels.
