JHP Recruitment are currently working alongside a highly respected hotel group looking for an experience Pastry Chef to join this busy 2 Rosette kitchen. Looking for a hardworking, dedicated candidate looking to take the next step in their career and join this beautiful 35 bedroom hotel.
Joining this established Kitchen team you will work in the Pastry section reporting directly to the Head Chef, preparing various foods from breakfast pastries to pudding at a 2 Rosette standard. Experience within a Rosette kitchen is required and a passion for pastry is a must.
As a Pastry Chef in this role you will be offered:
Up to £27,000 DOE

As a Pastry Chef in this role you will need to:
Have previous Pastry Chef experience within a Rosette environment
Be competent working to all Food Hygiene requirements
Have a consistent working history
Be looking for a long term career
Be confident making a wide range of products from breakfast pastries to puddings.
Due to location of this role, own transport is required. No Live in available.
