JHP Recruitment are currently working alongside a beautiful 4* Hotel in the Cotswold looking for an experienced Jnr Sous Chef/ Snr CDP. Joining this picturesque 22-bedroom hotel, you will have a passion for food, a desire to progress and a hardworking, can do attitude.

As an experienced Jnr Sous Chef/ Snr CDP you will have previous experience of working within a fast paced, fine dining kitchen and be confident working on all sections of the kitchen.

Offering both a Brasserie, bar food inspired lunch menu and then a refined, polished dining experience in the evening you will have the opportunity to produce food from both menus as part of a hardworking and dedicated team.

As a Jnr Sous Chef/ Snr CDP within this popular Hotel you will be offered:

£24,000-£25,000 DOE

Permanent, Full Time contract

As a Jnr Sous Chef/ Snr CDP you will be expected too:

Oversee the CDP team

Assisting with stock ordering

Implementing Food Safety management

Prepare, cook and present meals from both menus

Be looking for a long-term role with a desire to progress
