JHP Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Junior Sous Chef at this beautiful brasserie style Restaurant in the Cotswolds. Working as part of a team of talented Chefs supporting the Head Chef, incorporating seasonal foods and local produce to create classic dishes with a modern twist and ensuring top quality service is delivered at all times.

As a Jnr Sous Chef you will be expected too:

Have previous experience as a Chef in a Rosette Restaurant

Be confident working too and enforcing all Food Hygiene legislation

Happy to work in each area of the kitchen

Have good knife skills
