JHP Recruitment are currently looking for a talented Chef Manager to work with one of our most valued clients. Based on Sowton Industrial Estate, you will be responsible for running a fast paced, growing kitchen to its optimum potential.
Managing the Catering team, you will be responsible for rota’s, quality control, implementing all Food Hygiene procedures, cooking to a specific food spec and to ensure all orders are met in a timely manner.
As well as supplying a busy café you will also prepare fresh food for various conferences, events, external ventures and orders. The right candidate will need excellent time keeping skills, concise organisation and a well-structured management style.

As a Chef Supervisor in this role you will be offered:
37-40 Hours per week
Monday to Friday work
In return you will be expected too:
Implement and work too all Food Hygiene procedures
Confidently manage two other staff members
Experience within a School/College environment is preferred but not essential
Be confident ordering food, managing stock and meeting protocol
Have Chef supervisor/ management experience
