JHP Recruitment are currently looking for a talented Chef De Partie to come and join a busy team in the beautiful Cotswolds. Offering an extensive gourmet menu, adopting the ‘nose-to-tail ethos’ and working with extensive meat, fish and plant based ingredients this role would suit a Chef De Partie with a strong fresh produce background looking to develop their skills further.
Working as part of a busy restaurant team ensuring excellent service, delicious seasonal meals and making your own breads and ice creams this is an opportunity to be working with fresh local produce at its best.
As a Chef De Partie in this role you will be offered:
Live in accommodation
On average £3,000pa in tips
In return you will be expected too:
Have previous experience as a Chef De Partie
Be confident working in all areas of the kitchen especially fish
Have a passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients
Be flexible with working hours for seasonal requirements
Be confident with numerous meat, fish and meal preparation techniques from initial prep to serving of foods.
