JHP Recruitment are currently working alongside a beautiful hotel on the North Cornwall coast looking for a Jnr Sous Chef. As part of an established restaurant team you will work alongside the Head Chef providing fresh seasonal meals, implementing all Food hygiene regulations and ensuring every service is consistent.

Joining the team of a family run hotel you will be enthusiastic to continue developing your skills, confident running various stations of a kitchen and proactive in the way you work.

As a Jnr Sous Chef in this role you will be offered:

£20,000 DOE,

In return you will be expected too:

Have previous experience as a Chef De Partie,

Be looking to learn and develop,

Confident adhering too and implementing Food Hygiene legislation,

Have a passion for fresh food
