JHP Recruitment are currently working alongside a beautiful hotel in the Cotswolds looking for an experienced Brasserie Manager. Joining this 4*, picturesque hotel your role will consist of two main areas, overseeing elements of the Brasserie, Courtyard and Bar area as well as leading weddings and events alongside the designated teams.

Looking for a friendly candidate who will work well with various team leaders, management and colleagues in a professional manner to ensure customer expectations are exceeded continually. With a can-do attitude and excellent customer service you will be an individual who thrives on excellence and is confident with training and motivating others.


As the Brasserie Manager your role will consist of:

Reporting directly to the F+B manager

Running various areas of the Brasserie, courtyard and Bar in the respective managers absence

Be confident in all aspects of Wedding and events, assisting with at least one or two per month

Providing an excellent level of customer service at all times

Training, developing and motivating colleagues


In return you will be offered:

£21,500-£22,000 DOE

Permanent, Full Time contract

Share of tips

Shift patterns vary but will be a mixture of 5 days on/ 2 off, both straights and splits due to the nature of the role
